About:
A medium sized abstract work that evolved from nothing; no concept or preconceived vision inspired this work, it just flowed from wherever it is that paintings flow from. I had recently had an interesting encounter with an inquisitive dragonfly and I think that's why one appears to have shown up here.
The color palette was also a bit of an experiment with the dominate blues and hints of magenta. Overall there is a feeling of something just starting to take shape; is it the beginning of something new, just emerging from the cosmos...?
