This painting is about facing the mystery and unknown with courage and fascination. Destiny leads this brave lion through the portal of this world into the world of imagination and creativity. This sometimes fierce cat is at peace in this moment of truth, knowing that his true nature lies within the unknown, outside his normal comfort zone. Like many of Moksha’s paintings, he is mixing regions. This Lion is not at home in the African Savanna but rather has found himself in the Pacific Northwest on the eve of a full moon.
