The rawhide head is made of elk. The interesting handle is beach wood from the Oregon coast. Wrapped with leather and adorned with woodpecker feathers. It has a copper wire embellishment that is unique to this rattle only.
Filled with corn. This one feels good in the hand! Big and solid and the sound is a perfect balance of bright but not overpowering. It seems to have more depth of character.
Painted and handmade from raw materials by Moksha in February 2026.
This is a rare rattle!
